Electrical Supervisor Role
We are seeking experienced Electrical Supervisors to join our site leadership team on a 2:1 FIFO roster.
The successful candidate will lead and mentor field crews, ensuring all electrical works are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will drive safety, quality, and performance while fostering a collaborative, values-driven site culture.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and mentor electrical trades across daily site operations
* Drive performance, safety, and quality across all electrical construction activities
* Conduct pre-starts, toolbox meetings, and site inspections
* Ensure full compliance with Genus SHEQ and BHP site standards
* Collaborate with Project Engineers and Site Management to meet key milestones
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* An electrical trade qualification and supervisory experience
* BHP Induction – essential
* Section 26 training
* Proven leadership and communication skills
* A commitment to safety and performance excellence
