What we're looking for
* Excavator operator – GPS/Final trim experience is a must
* Grader operator – Final Trim, UTS experience is a must
* 5+ years as a Plant Operator in the civil industry
* Ability to understand and adhere to site safety
* Complete detailed daily prestarts on equipment
* Punctual with a can do attitude
* Strong problem‐solving and decision‐making skills to handle unexpected challenges on‐site
Requirements
* A valid driver's licence, white card and appropriate tickets (RII)
* Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to protected work practices
* Effective communication and teamwork skills
* GPS experience to a final trim level is required
* ABN preferred
