* Manage the mail function including pick-ups, mail sorting, mailing and special deliveries
* Manage school reception and visitors to the school
* Maintain the school records, office documentation and logistics in an orderly and systematic way
* Order and control supply of stationery, office supplies and uniforms
* Prepare letters, email communications, memos, reports and other documents as required
* Use established Excel spreadsheets for managing data and information
* Proofread documents, reports, brochures and newsletters as required
* Use the Payway system to manage payments
* Support general maintenance issues across the school
Relevant administration training and/or qualifications would be well regarded
Computer and technology literacy including MS Office applications (intermediate) and Google Suite
Experience using the TASS School Management system preferred
Knowledge and/or experience in the education or disability sector
Minimum of two years experience in an administration role
Ability to perform all tasks with attention to detail and capacity to meet deadlines.

The hourly rate of pay is adjusted to ensure payment each fortnight during school terms and holidays after 1 year of employment. During the first year of employment, holidays will be paid pro-rata of school term work.
