Project Architect (Registered) — Perth WA

About the Role
This is a senior, project-leading position offering full ownership across all stages of delivery, from concept and design development through to documentation, contract administration, and site completion. You will take the lead on projects of varying scale and complexity, working closely with clients and directing internal teams and consultant groups to deliver outstanding results. The project mix is genuinely varied and rewarding, and the studio's pipeline ensures there is always something interesting on the board.
What You'll Be Doing
* Taking full project ownership across all stages from concept through to completion and contract administration
* Leading and managing project teams including architects, graduates, and consultants
* Driving Revit documentation to a high standard in accordance with QA and project requirements
* Preparing specifications, schedules, and managing consultant coordination packages
* Attending site and managing RFIs, variations, and all contract administration responsibilities
* Ensuring compliance with NCC, DDA, and all relevant codes and standards
* Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors throughout the project lifecycle
* Contributing to fee proposals, project budgets, and scope definition
* Mentoring and supporting junior team members and contributing to studio culture
What You'll Bring
* Current Architect registration in Australia
* Minimum 8+ years of post-graduate experience with demonstrated project lead capability
* High-level proficiency in Revit
* Proven ability to manage projects, teams, and client relationships simultaneously
* Strong knowledge of construction detailing, contract administration, and local compliance requirements
* Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
* A genuine passion for design quality and delivering exceptional outcomes for clients
