Role Description
This is a full‐time, on‐site Senior Sales Representative role based in Coffs Harbour, NSW. The Senior Sales Representative will manage the end‐to‐end sales process, from prospecting and qualifying leads to preparing proposals, conducting site visits and closing opportunities for customised building and shelter solutions. Responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their project requirements, and collaborating with engineering, design and project teams to develop tailored solutions. The role involves preparing accurate quotes and tenders, negotiating commercial terms and ensuring a smooth handover from sales to project delivery. The Senior Sales Representative will also track sales performance, maintain CRM records, contribute to forecasting and provide market feedback to support business development and strategic planning.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in B2B solution selling, ideally in construction, steel fabrication, precast panels, industrial buildings or related sectors.
* Strong skills in lead generation, pipeline management and closing complex sales with multiple stakeholders.
* Ability to interpret technical information, drawings or specifications and translate them into clear value propositions for clients.
* Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills, with a customer‐focused and consultative approach.
* Experience using CRM systems and basic proficiency in MS Office or similar tools for proposals, reporting and follow‐up.
* Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritise multiple projects and meet sales targets and deadlines.
* Comfort with on‐site client meetings, site visits and occasional regional travel as required.
* Experience in business, sales, construction management or a related field is preferred.
* Knowledge of the Australian construction market and relevant industry standards is an advantage.
