The Opportunity
As Regional Sales Manager – NSW, you will take end‐to‐end ownership of regional sales performance, leading a high‐performing field sales team and managing key customer relationships while delivering sustainable, profitable growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and deliver performance against budget across assigned territories, both directly and through team members.
* Drive profitable sales growth through effective account selection and pricing strategies, including implementation of price increases aligned with account profitability models.
* Maintain accurate sales administration, reporting and documentation across all sales processes.
* Oversee contract management for top 100 customers.
* Collaborate with Marketing and Channel Management to maintain strong relationships and performance across distributors and key depots.
* Develop and present high‐quality proposals, including detailed costings, commercial models and contract documentation.
* Develop and implement new business opportunities to enable profitable growth.
* Lead field sales teams and sales support staff to identify, secure, and expand profitable gas and liquid sales opportunities.
* Build a high‐performance culture driven by accountability, engagement and collaboration.
* Develop and deliver regional sales training plans to uplift capability and performance.
* Participate in company‐directed sales leadership and development programs.
Qualifications
* Proven experience leading multi‐territory or regional sales teams.
* Strong 5–10 years' experience in sales management, ideally within the gas or Energy, Mining, or heavy industrial environments.
* Industry knowledge, including safety and regulatory requirements.
* A track record of driving recent business while retaining and expanding key accounts.
