About the role
A leading Australian financial services company are looking to recruit an experienced Network Network Engineer in Sydney on a 6-month initial contract for the business.
The role involves leading on critical project delivery in relation to the role out of SD-WAN as the business looks to modernize their network infrastructure
Responsibilities:
* Leading on end-to-end project delivery
* Implement and test networking software and hardware
* Maintenance and security hardening of networks/systems infrastructure
* Produce designs, automation scripts and technical documentation
* Analysis of network traffic data for performance and security
Key Skills:
* Cisco R+S experience
* Experience with Cisco or Palo Alto firewalls
* SD-WAN - Fortinet, Cisco or Palo Alto
* Experience in Network Automation - Python, Terraform
* Knowledge of tools like Cisco DNA Centre
* Knowledge of Cisco SDDC or Cisco Storage Fabric Management (Nice to have)
