Overview
* Lead Organisational Change initiatives within a major Federal program
* 3-year engagement (12 months + 2 × 12-month extensions)
* Onsite role in Canberra
We are seeking experienced Organisational Change Managers to support a large, high-value transformation program within a complex Federal Government environment. In this role, you will design and deliver end-to-end change strategies, drive stakeholder engagement, and ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems across the organisation. This is an initial 12-month contract with two possible 12-month extensions, based in Canberra and delivered onsite.
The successful Organisational Change Managers will be responsible for, but not limited to:
* Lead organisational change activities across technology-driven initiatives, ensuring alignment to structured change methodologies
* Conduct detailed stakeholder analysis, impact assessments and business readiness assessments
* Develop and implement comprehensive change and communication strategies across major programs and initiatives
* Drive engagement with key stakeholders, building awareness, buy-in, and alignment throughout the project lifecycle
* Support benefits realisation by enabling behavioural and process change across the business
The successful Organisational Change Managers will have experience in the following:
* 5+ years' experience delivering organisational change within complex, technology-driven environments
* Proven capability applying structured methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR)
* Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills across all organisational levels
* Excellent written and verbal communication, including crafting clear and effective change messaging
* Demonstrated ability to integrate change management into project delivery, supported by strong analytical, problem-solving and coaching capability
