About the Role
As Centre Manager, you will:
* Lead the day‑to‑day operations of the centre in alignment with Affinity policies, procedures, and compliance standards
* Build meaningful connections with families and the local community, using your marketing flair to strategically increase occupancy
* Mentor and empower educators to Meet and Exceed the National Quality Standards
* Drive a positive team culture that reflects Affinity’s values and inspires excellence
About You
* ✅ Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA‑approved equivalent)
* ✅ Proven experience as a Centre Manager
* ✅ Current Working with Children’s Check
* ✅ Strong track record of achieving targets and maintaining compliance and safety standards
* ✅ A people‑first leader who inspires, motivates, and uplifts their team
