**Your new role**
Due to continued growth, they are now seeking an experienced machine operator / factory hand with an eye for detail. Working within a team, you are willing to take on relevant training in their product.
**What you'll need to succeed**
Motivated and reliable, you have high attention to detail and are dedicated to producing an exceptional product. You also have:
- Experience of machine operation in a manufacturing environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to learn new processes
- Good mechanical aptitude
- An ability to work in a team environment
- A strong focus on health and safety.
Although not essential, experience operating an industrial sewing machine will be highly regarded.
