What You Need
* Certificate III Horticulture or Certificate II Arboriculture (with tree experience)
* Current MR Class Driver's License (Medium Rigid)
* White Card – Building and Construction Industry Certification
* Level 1 Operate and Maintain Chainsaw certification
* Chainsaw Fall Trees Manually (Intermediate) accreditation
What You'll Do
* Field Operations: Perform ground-based pruning, tree removals, mulching, and planting in road reserves and parks.
* Equipment Management: Safely operate and maintain a range of industry tools and fleet items up to 15t GVM.
* Park Stewardship: Inspect sites for hazards such as sharps or vandalism and ensure areas are left clean and safe for the public.
* Technical Applications: Prepare and apply pesticide, herbicide, and fungicide formulations to manage pests and diseases.
