The Client :
Our client is an A-grade Property Development company that builds and manages their own Retail, Residential, and Industrial Assets.
They are seeking a standout Commercial Property Manager to oversee a mix of commercial and industrial assets.
The Role:
This position is responsible for managing a Commercial portfolio, building sustainable relationships with tenants, conducting lease renewals, inspections, and rent arrears, as well as the financial management of the portfolio including reporting, invoices, and budget monitoring. You will have support in place but equally, enjoy greater autonomy and be empowered to take ownership of your role and portfolio with WFH options.
The Ideal Candidate:
The successful candidate will be an experienced Commercial Property Manager looking to oversee a range of high-net-worth assets.
* Minimum 5 years of experience as a Commercial Property Manager
* Knowledge of the Leases Act
* Valid driver's license and reliable car
* Amazing service management
* Excellent written & verbal skills
* Positive attitude
