We are looking for a proactive and detail-driven Global Sales Co-ordinator to join our team and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic fashion environment. This role requires someone who can confidently support the management of wholesale partnerships while staying across all operational touch points from order management and delivery schedules to reporting and sell-through analysis.
Working closely with our Global Sales Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring wholesale operations run seamlessly and strategically. You have a natural ability to build and nurture strong relationships with international sales agents and retail partners, and you understand the value of delivering exceptional service, accurate reporting, and timely shipments. The ideal candidate is highly organised, solution-oriented, and passionate about driving sales growth and operational excellence across both major accounts and independent boutiques.
Key Responsibilities:
* Work closely with the Global Sales Manager to deliver seasonal sales plans and meet growth targets across key territories.
* Assist with management & communications with global major and independent wholesale accounts, including Revolve, Nordstrom, Myer, The iconic, driving performance and nurturing long-term partnerships.
* Work directly with the Design team on exciting development opportunities.
* Work with internal teams to ensure seasonal indent and in-season reorders and development orders are processed, tracked, and delivered in line with Retailer timelines.
* Identify new market opportunities and collaborate on prospecting strategies for new stockist acquisition.
* Serve as the day-to-day contact for wholesale Sales Agents, responding to all order and delivery-related enquiries with efficiency and care.
* Support backend system administration across Nuorder
* Assist in compiling and reviewing Major Account weekly sell-through and order reports, identifying trends and flagging development opportunities
* Manage wholesale samples, coordinate send-outs, returns, and sample tracking to ensure timely and well-maintained handling
About You:
* Has 2+ years of experience in wholesale admin or sales, preferably within the fashion industry
* Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing multiple moving parts
* Experience working with both major retailers and independent stockists across global markets favourable
* Possesses strong communication skills and can build trusted relationships with sales agents, buyers, and internal teams
* Is highly organised, with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
* Can analyse sales data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies
* Takes initiative, solves problems quickly, and works well both independently and as part of a collaborative team
* Is passionate about fashion and thrives in a results-driven, growth-oriented environment
