About The Role
The Secondary Teacher – Religious Education / English / Humanities – will join the MacKillop Catholic College team, commencing Term 3, 2026, to support the next phase of strategic growth. The teacher will deliver the secondary curriculum for Years 7‐12 and facilitate holistic education aligned with the College's mission.
This role involves day‐to‐day teaching of the secondary curriculum for Years 7‐12 in 2025. The Teacher supports the mission of the College through planning, preparing and delivering effective learning and teaching programmes; contributing to the development and implementation of the College objectives and planning; ensuring appropriate pedagogies are implemented in the classroom; establishing and maintaining a supportive school environment; and prudently administering available resources.

Requirements
* Registered or eligible to be registered with the Queensland College of Teachers

* Strong knowledge, understanding and research of one's Learning Area and active contribution to the holistic education offered at MacKillop Catholic College
