About the Role
We are seeking skilled, reliable, and customer‐focused Air Conditioning Service Technicians to join us. In these roles, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of air conditioning systems in both residential and commercial environments. This is a fantastic opportunity for multiple experienced technicians who enjoy problem‐solving, have strong technical backgrounds, and take pride in delivering top‐quality service every day.
What We're Looking For
Qualifications & Licences:
Current QLD Drivers Licence (manual preferred)
Construction White Card
Certificate III in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning (Cert. II holders welcome to apply)
Your own set of hand tools
Experience & Attributes
Proven ability to diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of residential and commercial HVAC systems.
Skilled in performing routine maintenance, inspections, and efficiency checks to ensure optimal system performance.
Strong troubleshooting abilities, with the capability to quickly identify and resolve technical issues.
Excellent communication skills, able to clearly explain problems, solutions, and preventative advice to clients in a professional manner.
Highly organized, with the ability to maintain accurate service records, including parts used, labor, and detailed job notes.
A commitment to safety and compliance, consistently following industry standards, regulations, and best practices on every job.
