About The Opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Area Manager to lead our WA Housing contract operations in the Mid-West/Gascoyne. The successful candidate will oversee the delivery of maintenance services to community housing, ensure quality work allocation, and manage a high-performing team of supervisors, trades and support staff.
As the Area Manager, you'll lead this skilled team, ensure compliance with safety and performance standards, and work closely with key stakeholders to meet our service delivery targets. If you're a confident leader with strong customer focus and operational know-how, this is your next career move.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee day-to-day service delivery including work order allocation and reporting
* Lead, support, and develop a multi-trade maintenance team
* Ensure compliance with service levels, KPIs and HSEQ standards
* Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to maintain strong service levels
* Manage customer service interactions and resolve escalated issues
* Monitor subcontractor compliance and performance
* Deliver accurate and timely reports as required by management and clients
About You

Has excellent attention to detail, communication skills and a passion for delivering a high quality service without compromise. You are a leader that can support, and uplift the team. Additionally, you will provide first-class customer service whilst maintaining a commitment to safety.
Qualifications
* Australian Working Rights
* VALID C Class License (mandatory)
* Current satisfactory National Police Check (within 6 months or willing to obtain)
* Construction White Card
* First Aid training and other Trade-based competencies (desirable)
