The Role
This position is based at Forster Shopping Centre and requires the successful candidate to commence ASAP. The role includes building key tenant relationships, managing access, responding to client requests, ensuring site safety and security, managing emergency situations, and demonstrating proactive security awareness.
Requirements
1. Current NSW Full Security Licence, including crowd control where applicable;
2. Apply First Aid Certificate;
3. Provide a cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) Certificate;
4. Previous experience in Retail Security is welcomed but not essential;
5. Confident interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbal);
6. The confidence and ability to take ownership of service delivery which comes under your control;
7. The ability to complete reports using various platforms;
8. Excellent presentation, well-groomed and corporate-appropriate;
9. High-level problem-solving skills;
10. Ability to respond to emergency situations;
11. Valid work rights in Australia;
12. Ability to work shifts up to 12 hours;
13. Availability across 7 days/nights;
