Our Residential Marketing Specialist is a key professional role within the Residential Experience Team, responsible for designing and delivering innovative marketing strategies to support student recruitment and engagement.
The ideal candidate will be a skilled and experienced professional with a proven ability to create engaging marketing campaigns. They will have strong communication skills, leadership abilities, and experience in motivating teams to achieve results.
We are looking for a candidate who can contribute to our strategic goals, working closely with internal stakeholders to implement our Student Accommodation Marketing Plan. You will oversee multichannel campaigns, develop brand assets for residences, and ensure consistency across all channels.
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent stakeholder engagement skills, data analysis expertise, and creativity. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, social media platforms, and relationship databases is also essential.
