About the role:
You will advise on front-end project work including:
* Risk analysis and allocation.
* Project structuring and delivery systems.
* Contract preparation, drafting and negotiation.
* Major transactions for leading energy, resources and infrastructure clients.
* Supporting client relationships and cross-practice collaboration.
* Contributing to business development initiatives.
The ideal candidate:
* 5+ years PQE and strong front-end construction and projects experience across a range of sectors.
* A proven track record drafting and negotiating complex construction/project documents.
* Strong analytical, communication and research skills.
* A positive, team-first approach with genuine focus.
* Interest in relationship building and business development.
