We have an opportunity to join our Finance team in the role of Finance Administration Assistant. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to kick start their career, where you will have a chance to learn and develop your skills
**The role**:
- Collect, enter and submit time keeping data
- Daily data management using TRACK software
- Identify missing and / or inaccurate information and liaise with stakeholders to close gap
- Accurately perform high volume data input / data entry daily
- Liaise with site personnel in relation to purchase orders
- Maintain database files and other records
- Provide additional administrative support to the Finance team, as required
**About you**:
- Strong data entry skills and attention to detail
- Good interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn
- Good problem-solving skills
- Current driving licence
