Senior Learning & Development Specialist

We're looking for a creative, commercially minded Senior Learning & Development Specialist to join our Organisational Capability team. In this role, you'll bring our people and capability strategy to life by designing and delivering engaging, scalable learning experiences that make a real impact across the business.
This is a hands‐on role combining instructional design, program delivery and project management, with a strong focus on digital learning and capability uplift.
The role:
* Design and deliver high-impact learning programs including onboarding, leadership development and role‐specific training.
* Translate business needs into engaging, user‐focused learning solutions across digital and face‐to‐face formats.
* Manage and continuously improve content within our Learning Hub using tools like Articulate, Canva and SuccessFactors.
* Partner with subject matter experts, operations and stakeholders to identify capability gaps and development opportunities.
* Lead end‐to‐end development of learning assets including eLearning modules, videos, toolkits and microlearning content.
* Manage multiple projects, timelines and stakeholders to deliver key capability uplift initiatives.
* Support evaluation of learning effectiveness through engagement metrics, assessments and feedback.
* Contribute to embedding a strong learning culture across centres.
Skills and experience you'll need to be successful:
* Degree qualified in Education, Adult Learning, Communications or a related discipline.
* Minimum 5 years' experience in Learning & Development, instructional design or similar.
* Proven experience designing digital learning content using tools such as Articulate Storyline, Canva or similar.
* Strong understanding of adult learning principles and learning frameworks (e.g. 70:20:10).
* Experience working in complex or regulated environments.
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast‐paced environment.
* Experience working with culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) learners.
* Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills.
