Project / Position Introduction
We are seeking a casual trainer to deliver Certificate IV in Allied Health. This role involves delivering and administering accredited training to participants, mentoring and supporting course participants to develop skills identified to meet their needs, meeting all student administration/records and compliance deliverables, working with the training team and wider business to ensure quality of customer service progression and compliance.

Requirements
Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistant or Bachelor of Health Science with a minimum of 3 years professional experience in Allied Health services.
Applicants must also have:
* TAE***** Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or its successor, or TAE***** Certificate IV in Training and Assessment plus the following units: TAELLN411 (or its successor), TAELLN401A, TAEASS502 (or its successor), TAEASS502A, TAEASS502B, or a diploma or higher level qualification in adult education
* Fluent written and spoken English
* Demonstrated vocational qualifications to the level of those being delivered and/or assessed, or relevant industry experience that will demonstrate your experience and knowledge in the field of training that you are delivering in
* Previous experience in delivery of VET training
* Competent knowledge of ASQAs SRTOs compliance and regulations and strong knowledge of the VET sector and the Standards for RTOs*****)
* Excellent skills in training facilitation and assessment within vocational area
