Mindway EAP helps Australian organisations support their teams' mental health. We're hiring a Sales Rep to take booked calls with HR leads, P&C managers, and business owners who've already put their hand up. No cold calling.
The role
Run the call and demonstration properly: understand the client's need, explain how we help, and guide them to a decision. Proven process, structured training, and the right rep will be taking live calls by Week 3.
Who we're hiring
* Articulate, warm, easy to trust on the phone
* A real listener
* Fast learner who applies feedback fast
* Diligent: clean notes, no dropped balls
* 2+ years in a demanding customer-facing role
* Minimum 3–5 years full-time work experience

Details
* $65K base + commission | OTE $95–100K year one
* Fully Onsite in Abbotsford
* 8am–4pm Mon–Fri
* Immediate start
