The Client
A specialistconsultancy provider to property investors, providing advice and solutions to those who are looking to build their property portfolio = professional owners. With a vast knowledge of the Perth property market, you will be exposed to other areas of real estate, in turn expanding your current knowledge and skill set.
The Position
Working within a busy residential team, supporting the Business Development Manager, you will assist with:
* New management onboarding
* Coordinating documentation, authorities and compliance
* Liaising with landlords, tenants, trades and internal teams
* Arranging key handovers, access details and property set up
* Assisting the BDM with preparing properties for market (trades, etc)
* Assisting with some maintenance coordination
* Ad hoc administrative duties for the residential team
The Candidate
* Previous experience as an Assistant Property Manager or Property Manager
* High attention to detail
* Tidy presentation and a desire to assist with a team focus
* PM registration not essential however preferred.
