Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate day-to-day project activities and support the delivery of multiple projects.
* Facilitate communication between internal teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
* Maintain accurate project documentation including schedules, plans, reports, and meeting minutes.
* Manage project calendars, milestones, and meeting coordination.
* Support financial administration including client invoicing, payment tracking, subcontractor invoicing, and milestone management.
* Assist with procurement and logistics — obtaining quotes, engaging suppliers, and pricing equipment.
* Monitor project expenditure and assist with budget reporting.
* Act as a key point of contact for project-related queries.
* Prepare clear, timely project status updates for stakeholders.
* Contribute to process improvements and development of tools, templates, and reporting frameworks.
* Support the delivery team with site pre-start and safety planning.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, be able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, and possess a strong attention to detail.
They should also have experience in project coordination, financial administration, and procurement and logistics. Additionally, they should be comfortable working in an office environment and have good time management skills.
