What You'll Do
* Deliver pest control services: inspections, treatments, and follow-ups.
* Communicate clearly and professionally with customers about services and safety.
* Maintain accurate records using mobile devices and follow company procedures.
* Work independently with ongoing support from your local supervisor and team.
* Perform physical tasks such as climbing, crawling, and working in confined spaces.
What We're Looking For
* Licensed Technicians: Current pest control licence and experience in residential or commercial pest management.
* Trainees Welcome: No experience? No problem Bring a strong work ethic, eagerness to learn, and interest in the industry.
* Customer-Focused: Friendly, reliable, and confident when dealing with clients.
* Physically Fit: Comfortable with hands-on work, including tight spaces and heights (PPE provided).
* Tech-Savvy: Able to learn and use mobile apps and digital tools.
* Driver's Licence: Essential for travel across Taree and nearby areas.
