4 days on 4 days off shifts - 5 weeks of annual leave

As an Automotive Technician at TCR, you will:
* Utilize your technical skills and experience as a tradesman to conduct repairs and preventive maintenance of ground support equipment.
* Report daily to the Shift Supervisor under the management of the State Service Manager.
* Conduct preventive servicing, data collecting as well as repair and maintenance tasks that reflect a trade standard.
* Promote a safety-first approach.
* Collaborate with fabricators, technicians, and assistants to develop and implement effective solutions.
* Utilize the wide variety of equipment and the unique nature of aviation equipment as an opportunity for you to bring a wide collection of knowledge & skills to the role.
* Work with multiple unique GSE specialized equipment.
Have 5 weeks annual leave + 2 additional "Health and Happiness" leave days.

To be successful in this role, you will have most of the following skills and experience:
* Relevant Mechanic Trade Qualification.
* Have your own tools.
* Exposure to diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and electrical fault finding is highly regarded.
* Hold a current and valid Driver's License.
* A strong focus on safety standards and relevant company policies & procedures.
* Experience working within procedural guidelines.
* Good communication skills and proactiveness.
* A positive attitude and proactive mindset, with the ability to work autonomously as well as being a good team player.
→ Pre-employment police and medical checks are mandatory for this position.
