CQUniversity's School of Graduate Research provides comprehensive management of and support for research higher degree (RHD) candidates, their supervisors and other internal and external stakeholders.
As a School Administration Assistant, you will be an integral part of a dynamic team and play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and high-quality service delivery that contributes to the growth and success of our vibrant research community.
In this role, you will undertake a variety of administrative support tasks such as organising meetings and managing purchasing activities and maintaining accurate data records within the management systems and provide student liaison services within the School of Graduate Research.
You will have proven time management and problem-solving skills with demonstrated initiative and ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment.

Position Requirements
Completion of Year 12 with relevant administrative work experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
Proven ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and resolve issues effectively while demonstrating initiative.
Strong computer skills with demonstrated ability to use business support software (Word, Excel, databases, email) and experience working with large corporate information systems.
Demonstrated ability to organise tasks, coordinate projects, and work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise effectively with staff, students, and stakeholders from diverse backgrounds, delivering responsive and professional client service.
