WhatYou'llBe Doing:
Join the Stores Support team in Sydney, NSW as our DTC Support Officer. This role will cover the NSW and regional WA region with the opportunity for flexible working arrangements. There is the expectation of some travel, with approximately 1-2 annual trips to WA per year and approximately 1 overnight trip within NSW per quarter.
You will be the first point of contact for our Trade Stores and play a key role supporting the State Stores Managers (SSM), Network Area Managers (NAM) and individual store managers. The focus of the role is the ensure conformance to Stores Operational Systems and assist in the efficient management of stores Working Capital for the Trade Businesses

* Ability to build strong relationships and collaboration within teams
* High communication capability to work with multiple stakeholders and customers (written, verbal and in person as required)
* Ability to develop, drive and apply continuous process improvement tools.
* Highly proficient understanding of SAP and POS
* Proficient user of MS Office suite, particularly Excel and Power BI.
