We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Care Assistant to provide essential home care services to older members of our community, enabling them to maintain their independence and overall wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide personal care services such as general housekeeping, cleaning, and assistance with daily living activities.
* Assist clients with mobility and therapy goals through goal-oriented support and regular progress updates.
* Offer social and emotional support to help clients build positive relationships with family and friends.
* Accompany clients to lifestyle activities or appointments using own insured, roadworthy vehicle.
Requirements:
* At least 3 months of experience in a similar role providing high-quality care services.
* A valid Australian Driver's Licence is mandatory for this position.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building strong relationships with clients and their families.
