Facilities Coordinator Role
We are seeking an experienced professional to coordinate timely repairs, maintenance programs and minor works across multiple sites.
* Responsibilities include maintaining plant, equipment, fire safety systems, buildings and grounds to required standards.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate timely repairs and maintenance programs across multiple sites.
2. Maintain plant, equipment, fire safety systems and buildings to required standards. Maintain all appropriate records related to these areas.
(Please note that 'maintain' here means regular servicing which includes but not limited to; inspections). All discrepancies or non-conformities need attention from facility staff as soon as possible so please refer any issues directly within 24 hours of identifying it if there's no urgent action needed - otherwise prioritize solving any issue ASAP without delaying routine tasks too long since sometimes they may cause additional complications further down line.)
