**About Us**
- Corella Place operates at three sites, two at Warrak Rd, Ararat and a third at Langi Kal Kal Rd Trawalla.
**About the Role**
- Reporting to the Business Services Manager, the Justice Officer Human Resources provides a range of corporate support services for the two locations.
- Some of your duties with include:
- Manage and maintain scheduling for resident outings and court requirements.
- Monitor and maintain staff rosters daily, adjusting to accommodate changes such as leave requests and unplanned absences
- Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholder enquiries.
**About You**
- Knowledge and experience in rostering, human resource services and/ or payroll processing
- Proficiency with Excel, and other data and information systems
- Ability to resolve issues through deep understanding or interpretation of existing guidelines
- Experience with an integrated personnel / payroll system and the ability to enter, modify and extract data accurately.
- Qualifications_
- A relevant qualification in human resources, finance or business administration is desirable
