* Site-based role on multi-residential construction projects
* Lead QA processes, ITPs, and subcontractor compliance
* Collaborate with project teams to deliver quality outcomes
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and coordinate ITPs across all project stages
* Monitor subcontractor QA compliance and documentation
* Raise, track, and close out site observations in Procore
* Coordinate RFIs, shop drawings, and project submittals
* Support planning, sequencing, and site coordination
* Provide regular QA and compliance reporting to stakeholders
About you
* Background in construction, engineering, or building trades
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
* Proven ability to coordinate subcontractors and site teams
* Experience with project systems such as Procore or similar
* Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Understanding of construction standards and regulations
