We are seeking an experienced Sales Engineer to drive business growth in the Industrial Refrigeration market.
You will be responsible for identifying and developing new sales opportunities, maintaining competitive intelligence, and managing sales processes.
Key Responsibilities
* Prospect and develop new opportunities within the Australian IR & HP market
* Maintain field intelligence on competitors and develop strategies to ensure success
* Own sales planning, strategy, and activity aligned with business objectives
* Collaborate with technical teams to deliver solutions
* Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors for pricing and equipment
* Implement short and long-term sales plans and prepare strategies to reach targets
* Manage all elements of sales process
Requirements
* Industrial Refrigeration experience with product design and solution sales
* Undergraduate degree in engineering or related field (desirable)
* 3+ years of relevant sales experience
* Outstanding communication skills
* Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and accountability
* Negotiating skills to achieve win-win solutions
