Catering Supervisor
Job Summary
We are seeking a Catering Supervisor to lead our food and beverage team in providing exceptional guest experiences. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our lounge services.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and basic food preparation
- Collaborate with catering assistants to clear tables, serve drinks, wash dishes, and assist in the kitchen
- Guide and lead the team throughout their shift
- Assist the lounge manager with day-to-day operations
- Maintain focus on providing excellent guest experience at all times
- Lead, mentor, and train the food & beverage team
Requirements
- Current RSA certification
- Willingness to obtain Responsible Management of Licensed Venues (RMLV)/Approved Manager certification
- Experience in food and beverage management
- Own reliable transport preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high standards
- Punctual, reliable, and trustworthy
- Safety mindset
- Well-groomed and professional appearance
- Strong communication skills, high energy, and goal-oriented focus
