Assistant Store Manager Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced leader to support our store manager in executing the store strategy and driving sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and develop a team of customer advisors to drive sales and high standards of customer service.
Collaborate with the store manager to create a high-performing team, by coaching and empowering others to fulfill operational requirements and achieve performance targets.
Support the store manager in overseeing the induction of recent team members, resolving customer issues, and executing business initiatives in store to meet financial and customer key metrics.
Organise the store floor and team's work schedules, to meet customer demand.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a retail leadership or assistant management role.
Ability to energize and drive a retail team to exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and build rapport with a diverse and varied team.
