About the Role
Join a leading Traffic Management company who are rapidly expanding throughout Australia. You will play a pivotal role in driving the success of the business through Recruitment and Staff Initiatives. Based at our Geelong Head Office, this newly created role, will have full autonomy in a fast paced, high-volume blue collar role.
Key areas of responsibility include:
* 360 recruitment across blue collar roles – job briefing, advertising, screening, interviewing, offer coordination, onboarding
* Compliance checking – police, drug and alcohol, work rights, traffic tickets and licences
* Relationship building – RTO and Job Agency management
* Branding – job fair, recruitment initiatives
* Strategy – generating the overall business strategy for the business
Skills and Experience
* 3+ years of blue collar recruitment or talent acquisition experience (essential)
* Proven track record of managing bulk recruitment initiatives
* Strong communication, stakeholder management and relationship building skills
* Solutions focused, proactive and thrives in a fast paced environment
