About the Role
Be the VIP of the front desk:
* Welcome patients like a superstar
* Manage check-ins, check-outs, and appointment schedules with ease
Keep things running smoothly:
* Handle calls, emails, and patient enquiries with a smile
* Provide info, answer questions, and solve little mysteries along the way
* Process payments, assist with billing and insurance queries, and help patients with payment plans
Records & organisation:
* Keep patient records accurate and secure
* Make the reception area shine tidy, stocked, and professional
Teamwork makes the dream work:
* Collaborate with dentists and dental staff to keep patients happy and the day flowing
Who We're Looking For
* Previous dental reception experience (bonus if you've helped chairside too)
* Excellent communication and multitasking skills
* Positive, professional, can do attitude in a fast-paced environment
* Familiarity with CareStack and Zoho (don't worry, training provided)
