Aviation Engineering Training Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to take on the role of an Aviation Engineering Training Supervisor. This is a key position in our organisation, responsible for identifying, developing and delivering training requirements to ensure that our staff are qualified and compliant with their roles.
Key Responsibilities:
* Preparation and delivery of internal training courses for targeted audiences.
* Development of external training packages, including sourcing venues and resources.
* Collaboration with subject matter experts to ensure currency and development of training materials.
* Compilation and maintenance of company training records and equipment.
* Staying up-to-date with current trends and developments in the aviation industry.
* Promotion and maintenance of safety, security, OH&S and environmental compliance standards within our organisation.

Requirements:
* Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent qualification in adult education).
* Aircraft Maintenance Trade or CASA Part 66 Cat B licence.
* Excellent communication and teaching skills.
* Ability to design and implement innovative training packages.
* Strong computing skills (Microsoft Office suite).
* High attention to detail and ability to prioritise work commitments.
* Recent experience developing and delivering engineering-related training courses.
* Thorough understanding of CASR Parts 145 and 147.
* Experience with Learning Management Systems and Authoring Software.
* Desirable: Experience with Embraer E190 and Fokker F70/100.
