Role Description
We are currently seeking an experienced full-time
Property Manager
to join our team, who will be responsible for managing a client portfolio with confidence and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
 * Actively manage a portfolio of rental properties.
 * Liaise with landlords and tenants in a timely, professional, and friendly manner.
 * Screen new tenants, including reference checks.
 * Conduct ingoing, outgoing, and routine inspections.
 * Liaise with contractors to facilitate maintenance requirements.
 * Perform ad hoc administrative tasks as needed.
Required Qualifications
 * Certificate IV or Diploma in Property Services.
 * Certificate of Registration.
Experience And Skills
 * Minimum 2 years of Property Management experience.
 * Full driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
 * Experience with PropertyMe (desired).
 * Ability to work autonomously and self-manage workload.
