The Role:
You will be responsible for collecting specimen samples from patients, including commercial drugs of abuse testing for various contracts. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Collecting samples with care and attention for different contracts, specifically for drug and alcohol testing
* Keeping meticulous records for every patient and sample
* Delivering documentation within strict turnaround times
* Preparing and packaging specimens for transport and testing
* Liaising with customers, clinic staff, and couriers
Requirements:**
To be successful in this role, you will have a demonstrated experience and knowledge in Phlebotomy/Certificate III in Pathology Collection or a healthcare background. You should possess excellent customer service and communication skills, with a high level of empathy. Additionally, you must be organised, with strong time management and attention to detail.
