What You'll Be Doing
* Hunt and win new business across mining and civil equipment markets
* Leverage existing industry relationships while actively building new ones
* Drive direct sales and revenue growth through smart, targeted engagement
* Build and retain long-term client relationships with key decision-makers
* Develop winning proposals and tenders, collaborating with internal teams
* Champion creative marketing and social media initiatives that support growth
* Work closely with maintenance teams to ensure exceptional service delivery

What You'll Bring
* Solid mechanical/technical understanding of earthmoving equipment
* Mechanical/technical understanding of earthmoving equipment including component repair and servicing knowledge is advantageous
* Proven sales success in open-cut mining and/or civil (contractor environment preferred)
* Trade background will be highly regarded
* A strong network or \"black book\" of industry contacts
* Strong negotiation, relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills
* Tenacity, initiative and a results-first mindset
* Excellent time management and self-motivation
* A collaborative approach — you win as part of a team
* Willingness to travel regularly across NSW and interstate, as needed
