* Assist with recovery, return to work and life after injury or illness;
* Conduct assessments and case management services across various portfolios;
* Support people to recover and return to employment using clinical skills and knowledge;
* Interact with health professionals, specialists, employers, insurers and stakeholders to drive positive outcomes.
About You:
* An Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist, Rehabilitation Counsellor or Psychologist (registered/accredited) with a genuine interest in occupational rehabilitation;
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, excellent time management, attention to detail and problem-solving abilities;
* Honesty, integrity, a good team attitude and a positive approach;
* Genuine commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.
