Psychologist/Rehabilitation Counsellor Opportunity
We are seeking a Psychologist/Rehabilitation Counsellor to join our team in Tasmania.
* This full-time role involves delivering holistic, client-centered services within workplace rehabilitation.
* Using your clinical knowledge and allied health background, you will help injured workers recover at work and achieve independence at home, in the workplace, and in the community.
Daily responsibilities include:
1. Early intervention and psychological worksite assessments.
2. Medical case conferences, stakeholder liaison, and case management services.
3. Rehabilitation, motivational, and vocational counselling.
4. Vocational assessments.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Full or provisional registration with AHPRA or full/associate membership with ASORC/RCAA.
- Experience in Occupational Rehabilitation (highly desired but not essential).
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- A proactive attitude and pride in quality work.
- Ability to obtain a Working with Children Check and Police Clearance.
- Current driver's license and access to a vehicle.
- Willingness to learn and positively impact people's lives.
- Ability to engage clients and stakeholders effectively.
- Commitment to high customer service standards.
