Responsibilities
* Lead, motivate, and develop your team.
* Oversee branch operations including Sales, Trade, Plaster board warehouse.
* Drive financial performance, achieving sales, GP, and stock targets.
* Build strong customer relationships and support new trade business opportunities.
* Maintain high standards of safety, housekeeping, and branch presentation.
* Monitor stock levels, coordinate logistics, and manage vehicle/forklift maintenance.
* Ensure accurate order entry, quotation processing, and timely delivery.
* Represent the branch at trade events, meetings, and customer functions.
What We're Looking For
* Proven leadership experience in branch, store, or operations management.
* Strong commercial focus with the ability to drive sales and achieve results.
* Experience in stock control, warehouse operations, or logistics.
* Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities and large teams.
* Strong communicator who builds culture and develops people.
* Safety-driven with a hands‑on, proactive approach.
* Customer-focused with a commitment to high service standards.
