You will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing relationships with potential clients, and scheduling appointments for our real estate professionals. Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and set up appointments.
- Communicate our value proposition effectively to potential customers.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospects through regular follow-ups.
- Achieve monthly targets and contribute to the overall success of the team.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls and appointments in our CRM system.
**Requirements**:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive and engaging phone presence.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Previous experience in telemarketing or appointment setting is preferred, but not required.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems or willingness to learn.
- Motivation and drive to exceed targets and achieve results.

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
