About the Role
This dynamic opportunity leads engaging learning experiences across Microsoft 365 Copilot courses for non-tech professionals. As a facilitator, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, interactive training to adult learners in corporate settings, using a mix of face-to-face, virtual, and blended formats.
You will focus on creating a collaborative and results-driven learning environment that meets the needs of today's workforce. Working with small teams or large cohorts, your role requires managing group dynamics, encouraging active participation, and fostering inclusive learning environments.
Key responsibilities include:
* Deliver engaging and effective training sessions (face-to-face, virtual, and blended) in Microsoft 365 Copilot.
* Apply adult learning principles to design and facilitate impactful learning experiences tailored to professional audiences.
* Continuously update content knowledge and integrate emerging trends or technologies into course delivery.
* Collaborate with internal teams to enhance course relevance, interactivity, and learner outcomes.
* Provide feedback and insights to support course refinement and learner engagement.
About You
As a successful candidate, you should have proven experience facilitating AI courses or learning experiences in professional learning environments. Strong understanding of adult learning principles and best-practice facilitation techniques are essential.
Confident delivery of training across diverse formats, including online, in-person, and hybrid, is also crucial. Tech-savvy candidates with experience using virtual learning platforms (e.g., Zoom, Teams, LMS) will have an advantage.
Tertiary qualification in education, training, or relevant technical field is desirable. Above all, passion about continuous learning, innovation, and enabling workplace capability is vital for this role.
