We are currently seeking an experienced Service Desk Operator to be based at our Cannon Hill office to support our sites and work with our clients ranging from Defence, Department of Education, Utilities and Universities. Responsible for providing administration support to our portfolio of sites and are maintained to a high standard. **The Position**
- Perform site-specific service desk duties
- Entering customer service requests in relevant FM Software
- Perform Administrative duties involving reporting and general correspondence
- Provide high quality customer service
**The Person**
- You will preferably have experience working in a role where they have complex bookings/requests
- Experienced with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and initiative
- A strong desire to work collaboratively within a team and ability to work autonomously
- Follow all Health and safety guidelines
