At Elevation One Physiotherapy, we're building a practice that prioritises meaningful physio work, not just numbers. We want to support physios who care deeply about what they do and want a long, rewarding career - without burning out in the process.
Here's what sets us apart:
* Weekly one-on-one mentoring
* Weekly in-services
* Allocated admin time (so you're not catching up on notes at 9pm)
* Full-time = 4-day work week (because work-life balance matters)
* 1-hour initial appointments during probation – so you have the space to focus on what's important: doing good physio, not pumping out patients
* Supportive leadership that wants to grow you and the profession
What we're looking for:
* A physiotherapist who genuinely wants to get better
* Someone who is curious, coachable, and values evidence-based care
* A great communicator with a heart for helping others
* Someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and values team culture
* Interest in sport and active populations is a bonus (and there's room to grow into more coverage if that's your thing)

Elevation One Physiotherapy is a team-first practice on the Northern Beaches. Our mission is to grow excellent physios and make quality, ethical physio sustainable - for both patients and practitioners.
We've seen what happens when new physios are thrown into high-pressure environments without support - and we're doing things differently. If you've been promised mentorship before and were let down, we get it. Let us show you how it should be done.
