* Oversee the maintenance and development of Council's Human Capital Management software suite, focusing on payroll for seamless payroll and roster management.
* Cultivate a culture that values innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
* Serve as a subject matter expert for payroll, guaranteeing data integrity and quality control processes.
* Lead projects and stakeholder engagement to optimise payroll systems and processes.
* Ensure compliance with legislation, Council policies, and best practice standards.
